This year Fritz-Pak’s Dionne Hutchings is co-chairing the Decorative Concrete Council with Ron Chapman of Increte.  The Decorative Concrete Council is a specialty council of the American Society of Concrete Contractors.

We would like to encourage you to join us at the Decorative Concrete Expo, March 16 – 18 in New Orleans, for three days of educational opportunities and great fun!  Whether you are a contractor, architect, specifier, or engineer this is an excellent opportunity to view the cutting edge tips, techniques, finishes and business opportunities in the decorative concrete industry.

On Thursday attendees may take the ACI Flatwork Finisher Certification Course and exam. On Friday and Saturday mornings there will be a choice of ten 90 minute seminars, on widely diverse topics presented by industry experts.  Choose from: Organization in Management, Design Elements, Working with Your Ready Mix Producer, Making Money in Decorative Concrete, What Designers Want from a Contractor, Understanding Mix Design, Dealing with Last Minute Changes, Surface Prep 101, Troubleshooting and Going Vertical. After lunch on Friday and Saturday there will be a choice of eleven practical demonstrations of decorative techniques to attend.
